* Hate speech is included in this any form of discrimination due to race, sex or gender. Calling someone by the incorrect pronoun *on purpose* can fall under this category if deemed so.

* This extends to any Minecraft Items, Signs, Books or nicknames as well as any other games we play together as a community

[2] [HACKING]

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

* Hack clients, X-ray mods/texture packs, prohibited mods or anything that alters the gameplay to other than what we intended or is considered hacking is strictly against our rules.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

* Modifying or destroying property of another player or any area within 75 blocks of their build without their permission is prohibited

* Stealing falls under this category

* Shops are to be left the way they found, if something was accidentally destroyed i.e. a creeper explosion - you must patch the mess made. If you are unable to do this, you must message the owner of the shop explaining the situation and pay any compensation needed.

[7] [EXPLOITS]

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

* Exploits are bugs, glitches and any other bending of game mechanics that were not intended by the designer in order to gain an advantage.

* Staff reserve the right to decide what is and isn't an exploit as and when they arise.

* Item duplicating is an exploit, however, TNT duplicating is allowed bearing in mind our LAG rule.

[8] [LOOPHOLES]

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

* Similar to exploits but more applied to our rules.

* Staff reserve the right to decide if something is against our rules even if not specifically stated within this channel

* You may be deafened, muted or even banned if staff deem the loophole to be in breach of our overarching philosophy on this server.

[9] [COMMUNITY]

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

* We require our members to be 16 years of age to join the server. We can be flexible with this rule if you are 15 as we base it more on maturity. If you are below 16 you will join on a trial period with less permissions until we deem that you are able to join us as a full member. Our absolute bottom line is 15.

* If it is discovered you are below 15 years of age you will be removed from the server no questions asked.
