STAFF RULES

Always be active on the server.

Always be mature and professional at all times.

Always provide assistance and support to those in need.

Never ask for a staff promotion.

Use punishment commands correctly and for rule-breakers only.

OBLIGATIONS:

Staff :

Staff is the first rank obtainable and serve as a training rank. Staff have access to strikes, but not kicking or banning. Their responsibilities include:

- Abide by all Discord server rules

- Explain and enforce the rules.

- Intervene in issues as they arise without contributing or ignoring them.

- Act in a professional manner when handling issues.

- All content and issues handled by Staff Members are to be kept in the Staff channels and NOT discussed outside of these channels.

- Use commands appropriately; they are not toys and misuse/abuse can result in loss of privileges/rank.

- Vote and question applicants and give feedback on potential new members.

Trial Moderator :

Trial Moderators are the next step in the Staff Team. You are to serve as a guide for the Staff Members. Their responsibilities include:

- All responsibilities that fall under Staff.

- Assist in training Staff to understand how to use commands.

- Assist in moderating the text and voice channels

- Recruit other members when needed.

Moderator:

The Moderator is in charge of the staff team and has responsibilities including:

- All responsibilities that fall under Trial Moderator.

- Oversee Trial Moderators in their actions and decisions when handling issues.

- Oversee Recruitment.

- Ensure Discord rules are followed & the Discord TOS and Guidelines are not broken.

- Write guides, keep guides up to date
